Introduction
These rules govern participation in all sweepstakes conducted on our website. By participating, you agree to these rules as well as our terms and conditions of sale.
Definition
A sweepstake is a contest where participants have a chance to win a prize. Important: purchasing an eBook does not guarantee winning the prize displayed. The purchase is solely for the eBook; participation in the sweepstake is an additional opportunity with no purchase necessary to enter.
Eligibility
Open only to residents of New Mexico, USA, aged 18 or older with a valid mailing address in New Mexico. Participants not meeting these criteria will be disqualified.
Participation
1. With purchase: buying an eBook automatically enters you into the sweepstake.
2. No purchase necessary: email contact@punchy.com with the website name, your name, address, phone number, email and age.
Duration
Each sweepstake runs from its launch date until December 31st of each year. The drawing takes place on that date.
Winner Selection
Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible participants and notified by email approximately one month after the drawing.
Prize Value
Prizes do not exceed $10,000 in total value and may include televisions, computers, phones, clothing, etc.

Personal information collected is processed per our privacy policy and only shared with partners necessary for sweepstakes management.
